FOR 38MM FORKS
Progressive Suspension USA #11-1138 - NLA
Spring length – 533mm
Spring OD – 31mm
Spring wire dia. – NA
Spring rate – Progressive – 0.32kg/mm – 0.50kg/mm (18lbs/in – 28lbs/in) #11-1138 - 18/28 lbs - 533mm long - 31mm OD
The application sheet that came with the springs says they fit the below models
KDX200 - 83-85
NX250 - 88-90
XR250 - 84-85
PE175 - 82-84
RM125 - 82-83
YZ125 - 83
KDX250 82-83
So looking at the Honda NX250
in other Euro brands easily found they match up to these.
White Power (WP) #9932.0079.A - NLA Wilbers, Promoto and Wirth i believe will be same spec as WP and can be found on ebay.de

FOR 36MM FORKS
Aftermarket 1986/87 XL250 springs are the ones suitable for most 36mm PE forks.
Wilbers and a few of the euro brands do springs for DR500. They would be suitable for PE's dimension wise, just check on the rates.
WP part number 9932.0034.A -NLA Wilbers, Wirth and Promoto would still this spring for XL250 still search ebay.de for XL250 'gabelfedern' and you should find some.
progressive rate .34/.55kg/mm (27.2mm OD x 625mm long x 4.2mm OD wire)
Other Fork Springs for 1980-1982 PE 250,& 400 and 1980-1981 PE175
These springs are made to suit Honda 2002/2003 CRF150 originally but some guys have run them in PE's

Eibach eibach.com/us/ Should have springs. Some PE owners have used this brand springs before by looking at apps for Honda CRF150.
