Hi All, I use to be a member of the Yahoo forums but got side tracked on other projects over the years. Im now retired and wanting to restore my 1977 PE250B. Its very original with the only thing missing is the front guard and the Number plate plastic(I have a reproduction one). Engine runs and has plenty of power. Clutch is a bit sticky. Bit of back story on the bike. I bought it off a friend who won it in a Marlboro Cigarette competition. The side plates had the Marlboro logo on them. Which you can still partially see. I look forward to picking your brains during the resto. Thanks

Hi and welcome. Most everything that was on the Yahoo site is somewhere on the forum or has been updated since and some more new info too. Some resource providers sadly have gone however. But you should find everything you need here. "Sticky" clutch can be many things, a "bad" or unlubricated cable, plates, or choice of oil. Thanks to Fabrice for this clutch mod for the 250B - drilling another pivot in the clutch arm for slightly more pull with a slightly harder pull. I also found old Magura dogleg levers helped somewhat. Enjoy your 250B Attachments:
