Hello all, original owner of a 82'pe175 i bought new in 83' for less than $1100! My first full sized dirt bike. Many miles ,many memories . I haven't ridin' it such much in the past 20 or so years , other than around the yard, really just to hear it run, which brings a smile to my face. Smokes a bit excessively now, i thinking crank seals, although it can use a new top end also. I also have an 83'pe175 i bought 25 years ago for spare parts, good compression, runs, but also smokes, even more excessively. I'm thinking definitely new crank seals. Also own a 06 kdx200, a 06 dl650, a 01 sv650, 3 'honda cb450sc 's and a 85 honda cb650sc nighthawk. Glad to be here! garjo

Welcome! The Full Floater 175's were the pinnacle of Suzuki enduro bike handling, you've got some great machines there! Also great on the KDX note, I love the 1986-2006 KDX's tremendously.

Welcome! So, by my count, you can ride a different bike each day of the week, and TWO on Saturday and Sunday!!
;~)
Nice collection! So let's get those PE's freshened up. I'm working on a '78 PE250 and a '78 DS185. I've been riding/working on bikes for 45+ years, but the DS185 is going to be my 17 year old daughter's first bike.
I've nearly got all the parts rounded up, and I'm nearly done fabbing a nice rotating engine stand for the rebuilds. Didn't feel like fighting them just on the bench like the old days...
Good luck, Vettepilot
