Anyone have issues with clutch inconsistency. Occasionally grabby at idle. When letting out it starts to grab then as you let out little more it stops grabbing then alittle more it grabs at that point. Easy smooth constant pull. complete replacement of clutch assy. Inner hub outer basket plates pressure plate. Another clutch cover in better condition. Weird action.

So you replaced the entire clutch basket with new? Or used? As well as the friction plates and steels?

Normally I would place the blame on a worn notched clutch basket, that needs the leading edges where the clutch discs engage to be filed down a very exacting amount to result in smooth clutch operation. If these are not filed down in a very precise manner, more wear and notching will occur on some of the leading edges, but not necessarily all. If you replace the clutch basket with a new or flawless used piece, the next place I would lay the blame would be gearbox oil choice, and clutch cable not operating smoothly, or possibly the clutch linkage.

I replaced the clutch release bearing on mine. Mine is only grabby finding neutral when hot, otherwise OK.
