- I'm sure your search has shown this? I'm not sure how reliable this company is, I do know it is hard to find pistons for pre-80 PE's. - The vintage piston supplier's I know of. Neither lists your model. Can you (or a good machinist) modify another piston? I'm not sure.

I counted myself very lucky to find a NOS 0.50mm over Suzuki piston and rings from a dealership in Texas, and had it sent to me in Canada. In your search, know that the original part# for a standard piston 12110-41502, which was superseded by 12110-41503. A set of rings and wrist pin circlips (not the wrist pin) is part# 12110-41500. Assuming your cylinder is still in great shape and doesn't need boring, those part numbers will work. You may need to bore the cylinder because of wear/damage, or because you can't find a standard-sized piston and rings. In that case, add "-025" or "-050" to the part numbers for 0.25mm or 0.50mm oversized parts, then have your cylinder bored to fit the new piston.
Wiseco no longer makes pistons for s '78-'79 PE175, but you may find one on eBay or elsewhere:
piston 447M06200, rings 2441CD 62 mm (std size) piston 447M06250, rings 2461CD 62.5 mm piston 447M06300, rings 2480CD 63 mm piston 447M06350, rings 2500CD 63.5 mm piston 447M06400, rings 2520CD 64 mm Wrist pin S255 Circlips CW16 Bearing B1008
Kits with piston, rings, & circlips 0.020” over (62.508 mm) 447P2 0.040” over (63.016 mm) 447P4 0.060” over (63.524 mm) 447P6 0.080” over (64.032 mm) 447P8
